Sobe is a slightly built very masculine guy and Danyo had made a point of saying that he had the job he deserved as the top when he, Danyo, did the carry. This was an affront and an outright challenge to Sobe as a man. The size and weight ratio made no difference to his spiked ire and he demanded that he carry Danyo to prove his masculinity. Egged on by Danyo's laughing at his efforts Sobe lifts him in a shoulder carry first, the struggle he has with the far heavier Danyo is great, look at the set of his jaw as he stands upright and walks off. In choosing the hardest carry first you have to admire Sobe's guts and it's not long before Danyo is sitting upright, hands on hips, looking more than a little impressed at the carry. Of course Sobe realises he has taken on a huge task and he drops Danyo and slumps to the ground breathing heavily, great shot of his belly heaving from the exertion here. Of course Danyo sniggers and this sets Sobe mind to the challenge again. This time it is a piggy back ride and Sobe really does put his all into this. Despite several drops and remounts he refuses to give in and just carries on after each remount. The exhaustion showing clearly on his face by this time. In a final drop Sobe lays on the ground and tries to catch his breath. He rolls onto his stomach and Danyo sees that his back is covered in dirt from the forest floor and in a beautiful show of affection brushes them off. As he is sat on Sobe's back this is the setting for the final carry, a pony ride. Rising for this last carry takes Sobe to the limit and looking at his face you can see the strain showing. Finally he is spent and collapses and lays down, Danyo's look at him says all that we need to know, Sobe has earned his respect for a challenge well met. As always there are some superb close up shots of Sobe carrying throughout this spectacular clip but the prize has to go to Sobe himself for standing up to the torments of Danyo and earning his respect.
