Secretary comes to the office with painful ankle. She sprained it a few weeks ago. It was feeling better but still sore. She has to wear high heels in the office and it is really bothering her ankle. She complaints of ankle pain when she gets a phone call from her boss to get some paperwork. She reluctantly gets up to get something and on the way back falls and sprains her ankle really bad.
