Genie is a very successful gymnast who practices daily and achieves great results. From all the long and exhausting practice sessions her feet start to take the toll, left foot feels the worst, and she starts to feel pain in the heel of her foot. Genie comes back home from grocery shopping. Tonight there is a big competition and she needs to get ready. During the shopping the bottom of her heel was bothering her, maybe it's from the sexy high heel pumps .The pain has grown quite severe and she is limping, however she doesn't have much time and need to practice for the game tonight. She sits on the couch and props her left foot on her right knee. Slowly removing her shoe just enough to expose her painful heel, Genie then rolls her sock half way so you can see her pinkish heel and some of her arch. She gently presses her fingers into her. It is quite painful and she tries to see where it hurts the most. When she presses on the painful spot she almost cries, it hurts so bad. She tries to rub it and take the pain away, but she looks at the clock and sees that she must get ready. Genie limps into her bedroom and changes into ballet flats. Maybe they will be more comfortable enough to wear for practicing. After a few jumps her heel strikes the floor and she falls down, grasping for her heel. On the ground and in extreme pain she gets up on her knees. She moves her hand behind her back and removes the back of the ballerina shoe, her red heel is visible and it's so painful - she grasps it and tries to massage it in an attempt to make it feel better, but she just can't. She has really injured her heel. There is no way she can participate in the competition. She limps to the kitchen to get some ice to put on her heel.
