Lady Alice is a young and strong woman. She is training at home while her stepfather and her uterine step-brother are sitting on the couch watching her work out.

It comes to an argue about woman's physical fitness compared to men's and though Lady Alice is going to demonstrate what her physical fitness is about. She challenges her uterine step-brother to an armwrestling match and defeats him to the disbelieving eyes of the stepfather. Then she catches her step-brother in a headlock and wrestles him down, saying "Now I show you some real sports".
