Rachel is a high level business executive staying in a hotel and treating everyone there like trash. She complains about the room to the point where they need to send the manager up to speak with her. When he arrives, he finds a very irate Rachel in desperate need of a new attitude. He trains Rachel into obedience and makes her tell him that she will now treat the staff with respect and be appreciative of all they've done for her.
