Phoebe is frozen after being hit with a freeze ray while on her morning walk. She can see her surroundings and is aware, but is unable to move her body. When she is released from the ray's power she realizes that the man she just passed is the one doing it. After asking to be left alone, she is frozen again and briefly manipulated.
