Kami is trying to break up with her boyfriend. The relationship has run it's course, but that's mostly because Kami overestimates her worth, and refuses to put out. As Kami heads for the door, her boyfriend puts a computer chip on her wrist that erases her personality, and turns her into a programmable robot. Kami can no longer make her own decisions.
