A man is enjoying the beautiful afternoon on his back deck, when around the corner walks his annoying neighbor. She tells him he was "supposed to meet her at the park", and makes fun of him for enjoying nature and watching the birds. At his wits end with their daily interactions, he wonders if he can train Kody to make her stop bothering him. He then programs her with a desire to not pester him any longer, then makes her do a series of humiliating acts.
