Nurse Lily makes a house call to one of her more difficult patients, Mr. Jones. After examining him this time, she tells him that he is fully recovered and will no longer need her care. He insists that he is still sick and would appreciate a sponge bath. Nurse Lily refuses and says goodbye, but before she goes, Mr. Jones wants to give her a gift.
