Superheroine Mandy is here to stop Dr Mesmer from magically controlling any more women, and turning them into his slaves. She thinks just because she has super strength and agility, that she won't be susceptible to his mental powers. But Mandy overestimates her own powers and falls under Dr Mesmer's control. She is now his slave and will do all that he commands, even agreeing to bring him more females to control.
