Zoey and Lily are on vacation with their awkward friend, Jimmy. Jimmy likes the girls' pretty feet, but he doesn't like how they pull them away each time he tries to touch them. He uses a ray to put both girls out. Now Jimmy can play with them and their bare feet. The effects of the ray don't last for long though so Jimmy has to use it 3 times before he decides he's done playing with his new dolls.
