It’s clear that Gabi and Teddy are here to give it their all as they struggle and battle around the mats looking for that opening.

The first take down of the match sees one of them slammed hard and the sound of her thudding against the mats feels like the opening shot of the war the two athletes are going to engage in during this fight.

As people know by now, the wrestlers use their grappling skills as usual but also bring their strong feet into the mix more and try to earn submissions with these weapons along the way.

And sure enough, one of these warriors started to gain the upper hand and wrack up the number of submissions as she utilised the weapons at her disposal to overpower and tap outs from her foe.

Both Gabi and Teddy were putting in huge efforts - as you could see from the sweet and increasing deep breaths they were taking as the fight wore on! - but one of them took advantage once she got the upper hand.

And boy was she delighted at the end when she remorselessly removed her beaten rival’s black belt from her waist!
