I was walking home from work today-such a beautiful day! And suddenly my left heel started to hurt so badly. I stop briefly and take my shoe off and look at it-its red and very sore, but I must get home! Once home I reach my sofa and examine it more closely. I see nothing but think rubbing it will help-no such luck-I cant believe it-I just got my right foot healed from its sprain....guess I'll go to the Drs.
