Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator! Ive always had a bit of a sadistic streek...But I never thought I could inflict this on myself....I broke my foot/ankle 7 weeks ago, and just started physical therapy. I was fine at the office, place the electrodes, turn on the TENS unit, and wait 10 minutes...sure I can do that home-Bwahaha maybe I shouldnt have wrapped my foot in the ace bandage so tightly-I thought I was going to wet my pants I was giggling so hard!
