She doesn't want to finish him off just yet though, so she toys with him by pushing him around all over the table with her bare foot. She kicks him off the table and onto the hardwood floor, and then the real begins. She hovers her bare foot over him, and then lowers it on him, putting all of her weight down. He is trapped between two toes, alive but unable to move or get away. Then she puts her high heeled shoe back on her foot and his teeny little body with the heel of her shoe, breaking his little bones one by one and then stomping hard on him until she finally severs his head.
