Vanessa slowly opens her mouth up wider and tilts her head back, and the little woman loses her balance and topples backwards, head over heels, into Vanessa's mouth, and she sticks to the saliva on her tongue. She pushes the woman into every nook and cranny of her mouth with her tongue, and leaves her mouth open half the time so the woman can still get breaths of air between being in Vanessa's hot saliva. This goes on for what must feel like forever for the helpless little shrunken woman, and then finally Vanessa swallows her whole. She comments on how it feels as the woman is sliding down her throat, kicking against her stomach once she reaches it, and Vanessa just washes her down with some hot tea. The tea will burn her alive if the stomach acids don't finish her off first.
