Before I go to the beach I'm going to get rid of all this gas from everything I ate today. Cheerios, strawberries, banana, chocolate peanut butter protein bar, eggs and veggie sausage, two cups of iced coffee with creamer, and a glass of water. I burp a LOT and I almost fart as well! Guess it'll come back later. My burps begin to get a little frothy which is when I know I'm just about good to go. Oh, you know, after I got about 100 burps out. Damn I get gassy. :P See ya at the beach!
