I awaken not from my alarm that I snoozed through, but from the sound of my very own burps. I panic about the time and call in to work to let them know I'm running late. After lying in bed for another minute in hope that my burps will subside, they do not. Must be from going out last night?

The burps continue as I change into my work clothes inside of my closet. I then arrive at my bathroom sink and brush my teeth.
