Katelyn's glad she remembered to bring her shrinking device with her to the beach because some jerk tried to drive off real fast after hitting her new car! She fired her shrinking device at him as he drove off, knowing that the cops would take way to long to respond and he'd be long gone since she couldn't see his plate number.
