Time to nurture my body after my kick ass workout, and I want you to watch! I have a lot of food- a big sandwich with thick bread lettuce cheese mayo and cucumber, a can with mixed peanuts, crackers, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, and more. And I'm going to eat everything until I'm completely satisfied. Watch close! I've always liked how food goes from a solid to a liquid and then... gulp! :)
