Gosh guys - I am feeling a little sick this week! Watch as I unpack a testing swab, before following the instructions for how to use it, and then pushing it to the back of my throat, causing me to cough loudly (this illness has given me a big barking cough!) which you can hear clearly as I lean in to the camera...

I then push the swab slowly into each nostril, easing it up and trying desperately to hold in my sneeze.. my mouth quivering a little each time I try to hold it back, before it finally unleashes and bursts out of me, even spluttering over the camera lens a little!
