Gina Rae places Akira under arrest and cuffs her wrists withhandcuffs before string her arms up high and pulling her up on her toes. This leaves Akira's underarms and ribs exposed and Gina takes full advantage of this by tickling her. Akira is very ticklish and goes crazy trying to escape Gina's quick fingers. There is no escape for the ticklish girl and she squeeals and laughs hysterically. Later Gina ball gags her to muffle her laughter and continues her tickling by Akira still laughs loudly through her gag.
