Gina Rae sneaks up behind Melody and tells her to stick her hands in the air. "I am arresting you for public nudity" says Gina sternly. "WHAT?" says Melody who can't believe she's being arrested by Gina who is also fully nudy. Gina cuff's melody's wrist together, draws them up high and begins to tickle her. Gina continuously tickles Melody's exposed ribs and underarms sending her into a frenzy of laughter. When Melody gets too loud, Gina gags her and continues to tickle her.
