Gina continues to tickle Charity strung up with wrists over head. Charity laughs and tries to get away but cannot escape Gina's nimble fingers. Finally she complains that she is hungry, so Gina, who doesn't want to be too mean takes her to the table and handcuffs her to a chair for dinner.
