Officer Gina confronts mistress Jackie about running an illegal dungeon within the city limits and er to strip. She punishes her with some tickle but while jackie is strung up and tickled by Gina, the judge calls to tell Gina she has made a mistake. Jackie decides Gina must pay and her to strip and submit to 48 hours of tickle or lose her job.
