Officer Michaels is on the job day one as a security guard. Miss Kelly enters the building from the pool. The security guard stops the bikini clad blond and asks her for identification. She refuses to oblige and begins to strip the officer, handcuffing her. Officer Michaels is super ticklish and cannot defend herself. She ends up nude and tickled silly.
