Gina is paying the bills and she discovers that Charity has racked up HUGE long distance charges. She is fed up with her free loading step-sister and decides to take payment out in tickling. She tickles her cuffed in a kitchen chair, on the kitchen floor, and on the sofa. She string her up arms above head, ties her to a ceiling chain and tickles her more. Not wanting to be totally cruel,she does stop for a few minutes and feeds cuffed Charity a few spoon fulls of baby food, but then starts tickling again. Almost non stop tickling action.
