Gina's arms are strung high above her head and bound with rope. Her step-sister continues to torment her by tickling her exposed ribs and underarms. Gina squirms and wriggles with laughter. When her laughing gets too loud, she is ball gagged and the tickling resumes. She manages to still laugh loudly through her gag.
