Gina Rae is on the telephone telling her friend about break ins in her neighborhood. It seems that someone is breaking into appartments and tying up girls to tickle them. Gina ends the conversation saying that she is not concerned because she has an alarm system. JUst then she is grabbed by the tickling bandit and dragged to the basement. Strung up to a ceiling chain, the tickling bandit begins to tickle Gina's ribs and underarms.
