Room mates Gina Rae and Lenore are arguing over money. Gina gave Lenore a loan and it's time to pay up but Lenore doesn't have it. They decide to flip a coin and if Lenore loses, Gina get's to get her money back in tickling. The cute red head loses and Gina cuffs her with fuzzy handcuffs and begins to tickle her.
