Tony Dinozzo gets a weird pain in his stomach and starts feeling strange and dizzy. He looks around are realizes he is growing larger and larger. Tony looks around in disbelief as he grows five stories high. Suddenly Tony is overcome by an uncontrollable hunger and desire to eat a whole person. He apologizes to the guy but he is just so hungry he has no choice but to swallow the man whole. Tony continues to grow to the size of a skyscraper and strips out clothes.
