Military Doctor Richard Lennox walks in and asks why Cadet JC Dickerson isn’t ready for his exam. JC tells him he is ready - but Richard tells him to remove all his clothes. JC is hesitant, but removes his clothes like he’s told. Richard needs to prepare JC for the possibility of him being caught and interrogated. Richard ties up JC to the wall, and starts tickling him all over. Richard grabs different tickle tools and tickles JC all over.
