Chi Chi Medina has her friend Katie Cummings all tied up and venerable. Now Chi can tickle Katie until her hearts content. Katie laughs and begs for mercy, but Chi Chi is having to much fun. She pulls out some of the tickle toys at her disposal like feathers and the electric toothbrush. Katie begs for the torment to stop but Chi Chi just pulls out he Hitachi magic wand and her to have a ticklegasm.
