Ginary has Ren all tied up in straps while she Ren's feet with her long nails. Ren tries to pull her hands and feet away but can't. Ginary Tickles Ren making her laugh and curl her toes. Ginary uses a pinwheel and electric toothbrush along with other tools designed to get the most laughs out of Ren's ticklish toes. Ginary then decides to use her teeth and bite Ren's feet.
