Phoenix Wild is quite pleased to have Lisa Harlotte all strapped into the tickle chair to be her tickle toy. She starts off softly, wondering just how ticklish Lisa is. Phoenix works her way down to Lisa’s sock covered feet. She tickles Lisa’s feet, then slowly slips off the socks, exposing Lisa’s ticklish soles. Phoenix straps back Lisa’s toes, then tickles her feet with fingers and a paint brush. She works her way back up to Lisa’s armpits while Lisa laughs hysterically and wiggles around in her restraints.
