Lisa Harlotte has Miss Dragon Rand tied up to tickle. She begins with a feather, softly tickling up and down Dragon's ticklish body. She tries out a paintbrush and another feather, making Dragon giggle and squirm. Then Lisa begins the barehand tickling, and Dragon begins to scream with laughter.
