Morgan Del Ray has her self a new tickle victim Drea Morgan all tied up and defenseless. She tickles Drea's from head to toe. Drea laughs uncontrollable and begs for Morgan to stop but she just pulls out feathers and tickles her more. Then Morgan pulls out and electric toothbrush to tickle Drea's bellybutton, and a hairbrush to torment her feet with. Finally she finishes with a Wartenberg wheel before leaving poor Drea spent and bound.
