Sheriff Toby Springs hides as Dustin Steele walks in and calls for him. Toby grabs Dustin with a rope and ties him up. Sheriff Toby takes off Dustin's cowboy boots and socks and gags him. Toby hogties Dustin and starts to tickle his feet. He tickles Dustin all over as he squirms on the floor like a wild pig. Toby laughs at Dustin for being able to break out of the cell and tie him up.
