Ginary has Shelly Dare all wrapped in plastic so she can tickle and torment her. She tickles poor Shelly's feet relentlessly with the electric toothbrush and her sharp nails. Then Ginary pulls out the baby oil and hairbrush. Finally Ginary decides she wants more then just feet to tickle. Ginary moves up to tickle Shelly's upper body while Shelly can only laughs.
