Sheriff Acrosuave is all tied up and gagged by the notorious Bandit, Tony Dinozzo, and he struggles as Tony mocks him for being helpless. Tony starts to tickle Acrosuave on his soles and toes as he squirms and laughs, getting him back for busting up his life of crime and getting in his way. He tickles in-between Acrosuave's toes, and tickles up and down his arches on his feet. Tony tickles Acrosuave until he's had his fill, then leaves him all tied up to struggle as he makes a getaway.
