Sydney Logan is strapped up in a straitjacket calling for Dr. Nikki Brooks to free her. Nikki looks over her chart and decides that the tickle treatment Sydney is receiving is working well but she is not ready to be freed yet. The good doctor decides another session is in order so she begins to tickle Sydneys pantyhose covered feet. Sydney laughs and trashes about wildly as Nikki works her way up Sydneys legs.
