Lilyth Strange has been dying to tickle Velma Von M's large feet. She tells Velma she has a really cool Virtual Reality chair and convinces Velma to give it a try. She distracts Velma with an ordinary pair of VR goggles while she straps Velma’s wrists and ankles to her tickle chair. Once she has Velma all strapped in she removes the goggles and revels the ruse.
