Star Morning is very excited to have Victoria Banxxx strapped up in her new tickle chair so she can put her feet to the tickle test. Star starts Victoria off with feathers and brushes insisting that Victoria rate each on a scale from 1 to 10. Next comes the vibrator and electric toothbrush to make Victoria giggle and squirm.
