I blow my nose super hard in this video. I wake up feeling just gnarly, head pounding, face aching from sinus pressure. Nothing seems to help. My ears are achey, and I clean them with q-tips and aclhocol. You can see the misery on my face.
I stretch and sigh and blow my nose some more, picking at it with the tissues. I bring you uo close so you can watch my face as I blow.
In the last scene I induce a big sneeze for you.That seems to really get my juices going for more loud nose blowing.
