Little does Whitney know though, that a burglar is hiding in the closet watching her every move. As he gets a good look up her skirt, the man becomes a little uncomfortable and somehow makes a noise. When Whitney hangs up, she hears this noise and goes to the closet door to investigate. The man startles her and before Whitney can run off screaming for help, he grabs her and ties her up. To keep her quiet, he stuffs and ties a gag in her mouth and then leaves her to struggle bound and gagged. Whitney receives a break when the man leaves her cell phone near by. She works her way over to it and tries to call her friend back. But because she is gagged and the friend cannot understand her, she thinks Whitney's call has a bad connection and hangs up on the bound and gagged coed.
