I flex outside, showing off my bicep muscles, before playing a game of "run and catch!" I have a 180 pound guy run towards me and jump on my back for a piggyback ride. Then, I have him run at me as I scoop him in my arms for a cradle carry. After that, we try some nifty lifts where he runs at me and I lift him under his arms high above my head.
