He is determined to prove that he is better than she is and goes so far as to sneak into her home so she'll agree to fight him. So finally she agrees. But the poor chap doesn't know what he's letting himself in for, not only is he going to be humiliated but Valentine will take pleasure in drawing out the beat-down.
