Rachel is an inmate at a small jail. She is cuffed to a ring in the wall while waiting to go to a court hearing. She causes a fuss and complains about the cuffs so the cop decides change things up for her and tie her up. She first gets metal figure eight style cuffs put on behind her box and then the rope is added. She doesn't like it anymore than the cuffs and the cop also decides to put her in a holding cell so he doesn't have to listen to her whine anymore.
