In this clip Charlie goes to the bondage bar because she heard that if she agrees to be tied up then her tab will be free. She brings it up to the bartender and he agrees to tie her up. She gets her wrist tied together and then a chest harness. She also gets a very tight crotch rope that she ask to have it tighter. Next she is put on top of the bar where she gets hogtied and gagged with some bar cleaning sponges.
