Emma has been stood in a corner for an hour. When Headmaster Tom returns he wants to know if she has any idea why she is in the corner. By not answering him, it's obvious that she doesn't. So he tells her he has some good news and some bad news for her and asks which she wants to hear first. She chooses the good news.
